Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and update information in the database - Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
