Lead 3-4 crews Schedule routes using our online software Be a person who solves problems proactively Conduct regular site visits Coach crews to perform at a standard of excellence Overssee equipment maintenance, inventory and allocation for crews Solve problems at an operational level Maintain the strong work ethic and positive atmosphere along with profitable growth of the Company, while helping employees grow in knowledge and skills Train and promote the development of subordinates in the best practices of maintenance and company standards.
Ensure proper paperwork is completed.
Other tasks and duties as assigned by Branch Manager.
Compensation package is dependent on experience and qualifications for the role.
Includes a laptop, company vehicle, cell phone, and paid time off.
