Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support and assistance with scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring that each client and patient receives the highest level of care and attention.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk in or call.
Schedule appointments and manage appointment calendar efficiently.
Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information and addressing client concerns or inquiries.
Assist clients with completing necessary paperwork and forms.
Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of information.
Collaborate closely with veterinary staff to coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments.
Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and issuing invoices.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Empathetic and compassionate demeanor, with a genuine love for animals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
