Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant position will be filled by an individual who is willing and able to earn the right to be an "Assistant Executive".
This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems.

An Executive Assistant is deeply committed to supporting the lead agent in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team.
As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the lead agent's business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.

Prior experience is a plus, but not an absolute requirement.
The right person for this position will have a super positive attitude, a love of growth and learning, and will be open to challenging themselves to achieve goals while supporting other team members along the way.

The Executive Assistant role has the potential to develop into a future Director of Operations role.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
