This 264-unit Class A conventional multifamily apartment community is located in New Albany, Ohio and anchors one side of the cutting-edge Boulevard neighborhood. Clifton Park features first-class amenities, including a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen, mini bowling lanes, bar area with an HDTV wall, professional cardio center, cyber bar, on-site massage services, car wash, and wood burning fireplaces in the clubhouse. The apartments feature nine-foot ceilings, oversized windows, designer-selected paint colors, upgraded kitchen appliances, tile backsplashes, and private balconies. lighting and carpet selections that are beautiful and help create a unique sense of home.
And it s sister property, Clifton Park, Palmer House is a 264-unit Class A conventional multifamily apartment community located in New Albany, Ohio and anchors the other side of the cutting-edge Boulevard neighborhood. Palmer House features first-class amenities, including a resort-style pool, professional screening room, bar area with billiards tables and an HDTV wall, professional cardio center, cyber bar, on-site massage services, car wash, and wood burning fireplaces in the clubhouse. What You ll Do:
As a Groundskeeper, you ll assist with properly maintaining the appearance and physical condition of the property to ensure our resident have the best possible experience living in our communities.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all interior and exterior areas of the property are free of litter and debris, clean, safe, and presentable at all times. Areas may include the buildings, units, common areas, clubhouse, amenities, and grounds. Examples of duties include:
    • Picking up trash on the grounds
    • Watering flowers, plants, and shrubs
    • Swimming pool maintenance/cleaning
    • Sweepings, blowing, or pressure washing breezeways, parking lots, and common areas
  • Assist in the turnover process in all units, including working with vendors to help maintain quality standards and trashing out vacant units.
  • Provide exceptional service to current, future, and past residents.
  • Deliver and/or post correspondence, newsletters and flyers.
  • Inspect grounds, building and other community features daily to identify, minimize and correct hazardous conditions or liability concerns.
  • Utilize property resources, equipment and supplies economically and safely.
  • Complete minor maintenance related tasks.
  • Other duties as directed and assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to speak elementary English required.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Previous grounds, general maintenance, or housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Must be able to frequently walk and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to lift/move loads up to 50lbs as well as use a ladder.
  • Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property and have reliable transportation to participate in on-call duties.

As a full time Groundskeeper, you ll receive a competitive hourly wage, and a robust benefits package. This is a full time non-exempt position, reporting to a Property Manager. Little to no travel is expected in this position.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
